NSW: Bowral grieves for local son

BOWRAL, NSW, Feb 26 AAP - Bowral Post Office still gets letters addressed to "Sir Don,
the greatest cricketer that ever lived" decades after he moved away.

So it's no surprise that the death of the Boy from Bowral plunged many locals into mourning.

The tiny community in the New South Wales Southern Highlands was today coming to terms
with the death of their most popular son Sir Donald Bradman, who died aged 92 at his Adelaide
home yesterday morning.

With flags at half-mast, the Bradman Museum at Bowral today was almost a shrine …
