WILLIAM J. GREAGAN, SR.(CAPITAL REGION)

ALBANY -- William J. Greagan, Sr., 72, of Albany, died Monday, December 30, 1996 at Albany Medical Center Hospital. Mr. Greagan was born in Albany and lived here all his life. Mr. Greagan was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II and a 1950 graduate of Siena College. He was employed for over 36 years by the New York State Department of Economic Development (Commerce Dept.) as an Industrial Development Representative. He was the son of the late Francis A. and Mary A. Greagan and was the brother of the late Frank A. Greagan. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Dolores Stiles Greagan; his sons, William J.
